I have visited Tomato 4-6 times, and I can honestly say it has been the most inconsistent in its products and quality. I was only impressed 2 times out of 5 visits, and am disappointed that a 5 star hotel could not ensure consistency- what i consider the main ingredient for a successful restaurant.

I have only visited Tomato once and although the food was good, it was a really poor dining experience. We were a group of 12 people and had to wait almost 2 hours to get our starter served!! This is simply not acceptable and in line with some of the other reviews clearly shows that the kitchen is not well managed…no way that I will set my feet here again.
