This website is so awesome…I am loving reading about all your culinary escapades and although Oman maybe small, I have always believed in its potential to be a food lover’s paradise. This recipe is really good! I have actually seen a lot of authentic italian dishes being cooked with chicken breasts. I watch copious amounts of Food Network and Giada De Laurentiis is always making pasta dishes with chicken. Hello del_yahi,

First of all I would like to congratulate with you for the website, very nice.
Its also very useful for the people like me who live in the beautiful city of Muscat that can have an opinion about the restaurants in town.
Here in Muscat there are few Italian chef and I try must of the dish made by them but none of it have the real test of Italian food. I was not surpriseâ€¦.
By the way, my main hobby is cook and as Iâ€™m Italian most I cook only Italian food. If you want some advice feel free to ask me.

Hey Maurizio,

First of all, welcome in the website.
I have never been in Italy and I have never eaten any dish made by an Italian chef. Therefore, I am sorry for breaking the Italian traditions in not mixing pasta with chicken.
I created this recipe from my own mind and I just used the availiable ingredients to obtain a specific taste I was looking for.
