		<description>I did vote 2 years ago .. when I saw the awards, I was not surprised .. I mean the &quot;most&quot; popular places got the votes .. but it doesnt mean its the best .. this is why I would go for a commitee .. because it would evaluate the resturants more..&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If I voted this year, one thing for sure .. I would vote Glacier as best coffee shop .. I just love that place!!</description>

		<description>The same procedure is going to be followed this year, the committee members will visit the top finalists of each category and select the winner according to their own decisions. I think that five is way too high of a number to make the votes have a significant value in the process.</description>
