The staff people were rude, and the food was less than okay. We ended up paying 20 rials per person, and I must say... Def. not worth it. <br><br>We waited for 20 mins for the staff to bring us the check, and then waited longer for the change!<br><br>Def first and last time... MEANS STAFF WERE NOT HANDLING THE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY. Management shoud do some ACTION to this incident as this staffs dont know there JOB OBJECTIVES.<br><br>Im in the retailing business, and in our side were training our staff in the above average which regards to customer service...<br><br>JAPENGO is a high class restau, so staff should be aware of that.<br><br>Looking forward to this matter and concern JAPENGO's CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
